We updated our pricing on May 22nd 2025 to be more scalable for teams as they grow. The pricing listed on this page applies to new customers only, who signed up after that date.

Kota integrates directly with insurance and pension providers so you can sync from your employee data from your HRIS right through to end providers so you can fully automate your benefits, make changes quickly, and eliminate manual errors - without the need for a traditional broker.

Most benefits platforms let you host your flexible benefits for employees, but aren’t synced to providers - meaning you’ll still likely need a traditional broker to handle the core benefits like Health Insurance and Pension. This is where errors and manual admin can creep in.

Employees get access to all their benefits - core and flexible - through the Kota app, where they can personalise their benefits to fit their needs and make changes in a few clicks, with award-winning support to handle any queries.

You can sync your employee data, choose which benefits you want to offer, enrol in real-time with popular local providers, and invite employees to the app - all in a few clicks. From there, we have a team of benefits experts to help finalise your selection, and we’ve built the technology to automate your benefits enrolments,  reporting and payroll reconciliation.
