DSS Hälsa AB is the Swedish company in the Dansk Sundhedssikring group, based in Stockholm and owned by Oona Health. It sells health insurance to employers in Sweden, with a health team of registered nurses who give medical advice by phone or through the Mitt DSS portal.
Cover is sold on three levels: Hälsa BAS, Hälsa PLUS, and Hälsa PREMIUM. All levels include care navigation across both private and public healthcare in Sweden, covering patient rights, waiting times, and choice of provider, as well as specialist consultation, surgery, and a treatment guarantee. Hälsa PLUS and PREMIUM add physiotherapy and related treatment, crisis therapy, dietitian support, prescription costs up to the high-cost ceiling, second and third opinions, and a shorter surgery guarantee. PREMIUM also includes a health check and addiction support.
