Its main group medical plan, GREAT Health Guard, is open to companies with at least 10 employees and covers inpatient and outpatient treatment 24 hours a day worldwide, at both network and non-network hospitals and clinics. Employers set benefit levels to suit their budget and can add GREAT Life Guard for group term life, GREAT Protection Guard for personal accident, and a GREAT Critical Guard rider for critical illness. Spouses and children can be included, and cover is renewable until a member turns 70.
