ICICI Lombard is an Indian general insurer that offers group health insurance for employers in India, covering employees and their families for hospital treatment, day care procedures and maternity costs. ICICI Lombard says more than 30,000 companies use its group health cover.
ICICI Lombard group policies can cover pre-existing conditions from day one, without the usual waiting periods, and offer cashless treatment at more than 13,000 network hospitals. Employees manage the policy through the IL TakeCare app, which holds e-cards, finds hospitals, books health check-ups and tracks claims, alongside round-the-clock teleconsultations and mental wellbeing sessions.
