Kinsail is a UK provider of workplace nursery schemes, a childcare benefit that lets employers contribute towards their employees' nursery fees through salary sacrifice. Kinsail runs the scheme for the employer, which needs one payroll change at the start and a simple agreement with Kinsail.
Kinsail handles contracts, compliance meetings, nursery onboarding and audit trails, and employees manage their place through self-service. Kinsail's network includes over 1,000 nurseries, and the scheme is structured under Section 318 of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003, following HMRC's published guidance on workplace nurseries.
