MetLife is a global insurer that provides group life insurance and group income protection for employers in the UK. MetLife group life cover pays a multiple of salary if an employee dies while in service, and employers with registered group life policies can join the MetLife Master Trust.
MetLife says 90% of its group life claims are paid within five days and 80% within three. MetLife group life policies come with bereavement support, funeral planning, online will writing and a secure digital vault, alongside virtual GP appointments and counselling for employees.
